E&M Coder


E&M Coder provides an easy-to-use and comprehensive reporting package, including a variety of audit and patient information reports. Individual reports are selected from the Report Manager with flexible parameters, and may be conveniently previewed on screen or sent to a printer.

List QAudit Codes:

This report provides a convenient way to view all the codes currently defined as trackable by QAudit. For example, you can track whether the Billed CPT^Ž corresponds to the CPT on the Source document, and whether it was the Paid CPT. The List of QAudit Codes provides a complete description of each quality code and the current status of the code.
