E&M Coder


E&M Coder provides an easy-to-use and comprehensive reporting package, including a variety of audit and patient information reports. Individual reports are selected from the Report Manager with flexible parameters, and may be conveniently previewed on screen or sent to a printer.

E/M Audit Overview:

This new report provides a useful tool for auditing general coding trends, displaying by Physician the total number of Under or Over Coded visits for a specified time period. The E/M Audit Overview report also includes the number of visits without a calculated or saved E/M and the number of properly documented visits.
