E&M Coder


E&M Coder provides an easy-to-use and comprehensive reporting package, including a variety of audit and patient information reports. Individual reports are selected from the Report Manager with flexible parameters, and may be conveniently previewed on screen or sent to a printer.

Overview of Under/Over Coding:

This new report provides a useful tool for auditing general coding trends, displaying by Physician the total number of Under or Over Coded visits for a specified time period. The Overview report also indicates those visits for which an E/M was not saved or calculated, and those that were properly Documented.

The summary page at the end of each Overview report allows the auditor to analyze coding trends for the Practice as a whole.
