he Chart Review of E/M CPT Usage - No Chief Complaint report follows the format of the standard
Chart Review, comparing the code used (Practice CPT), the appropriate code (Documented CPT) and
the potential (Optimal CPT) code which is based on the Medical Decision Level. If no Chief
Complaint is present in the visit record, however, the Documented CPT field will display the tag
"No CC", providing a quick and more effective method of highlighting visits with incomplete
documentation. In addition, this report may be printed in HIPAA Compliant format.
