 E/M Overview for Improvement: This new report provides a useful tool for auditing general coding trends, displaying by Physician the total number of Under or Over Coded visits for a specified time period. The Overview report also indicates those visits for which an E/M was not saved or calculated, and those that were properly Documented. The summary page at the end of each Overview report allows the auditor to analyze coding trends for the Practice as a whole.
Our sample reports are based on live data. All names have been changed to protect patient/doctor privacy.
